Whether you are newly positive, or have known about your status for years, we can help. We want you to know that you are not alone. One million Americans are living with HIV, and one of every two people diagnosed this year will be African-American.

We are ready to provide you with support, information, counseling and state-of-the-art medical care. We know there is a lot of fear, stigma and prejudice about HIV and the people living with it. It is important to learn the facts, to arm yourself with information so that you can make the right decisions.

We have a team of staff which is knowledgeable and able to address the needs of patients who:
• Are HIV positive (infected with the virus).
• Are experiencing symptoms of AIDS.
• Do not know their status and need testing.

As you explore our website, you will discover that we offer a wide range of services, including substance abuse counseling, free dental care, mental health services, case management to connect you with other services you might need, and a whole range of medical care. We have support groups to make sure you connect with the community of HIV positive people.

Even if you don’t need HIV treatment yet (and not everyone does), you will still need regular checkups with an HIV care provider. They can also take care of other medical problems which may come up including high blood pressure, diabetes (sugar), cholesterol, etc.

Thank you for the opportunity to help,
Dr. Moswin
